Drink With Aloe Vera and Lemon

Required ingredients:

  • 3 oz / 100 ml aloe juice
  • juice of 4 lemons
  • 10 oz / 300 grams honey
  • 17 oz /500 grams chopped walnuts

In order to make this drink against flu, mix aloe juice, lemon juice, honey and chopped walnuts.  Mix until you get homogeneous mixture. Take 1 teaspoon of it 3 times a day before meals.
